Help

The main headings of the Office of the Chancellor of Justice's web publication are included in the contents list on the left hand side of the screen. Please use these main items for navigation.

When using a browser that does not support frames, use the hotwords at the bottom of every page to move between main topics. Browsers usually have  Back and Forward buttons on the upper left hand corner. Use these buttons to browse backwards and forwards along the path you have already taken in the publication. Underlined words are hotwords or links which are used to move  to the section describing the topics mentioned in the underlined text. A picture or icon may also be a starting point for a link. New browser versions display link locations by changing the cursor to a Handsign.

The Office of the Chancellor of Justice's web pages contain information about the Chancellor of Justice, the Deputy Chancellor of Justice, supervision of legality, and history.

These pages are best viewed with Microsoft Internet Explorer version 3, Netscape Navigator version 3 or later versions of the same programs. If using a slow communications link, you can display web pages more quickly by turning off the graphics. The pages are optimized for SuperVGA resolution of 800x600 pixels. Other formats are possible, too. The best picture quality is obtained with full colour graphics. A lack of colours does not prevent browsing.
